The Available Position

A very critical one, your role will be to assist in development strategies including, but not limited to, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), Pay Per Click and SEM as well as multiple organic channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Senior Business Development Executive

Scholarships.com is in need of a creative and passionate Biz Dev Executive who is capable of driving and growing new digital revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be capable and comfortable working with senior level clients and able to speak articulately and intelligently about digital advertising.

As a senior business development executive, you will work directly with the VPs of Marketing, Operations and IT to build, implement and manage marketing, advertising and sponsorship as well as sales efforts while creating and managing client relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a means and path of entry into all pertinent markets and be capable of acquiring and retaining business via all means available; prospecting, identifying, sourcing, pitching, defining, negotiating, closing and managing all manner of advertising revenue, whether through direct relationships with clients or partner relationships with brokers/agencies. We are looking for someone who is capable and determined to initiate as well as manage strategic sales and short term deals alike, with both attention to detail for the present and an eye constantly on the “big picture”.

You Will

• Work with multiple teams internally to ensure campaign and overall success with our business partners
• Understand and respond to trends within client verticals.
